After treatment, pH of the outlet waste gas can reach 6.5-9.

Frosting After film treatment, the glass is ready for frosting. The fully automated
glass frosting machine executes the required chemical steps to produce
finished frosted glass.
Washing &
Drying
Final round of washing and drying to clean off any residues.
Film Removal &
QA
After drying, manually remove film and perform quality assurance. The
process for one-sided acid etching is now complete. If two-sided etching
is needed, flip the glass and restart from the beginning.
