Glass Edging Machine Description
After been cut into exact sizes, glass edges will be grinded and polished before further processing like insulation, lamination or tempering. We produce all types of glass edging machine like straight line edging machine, double edger, adjacent edger, round edger, shape edger, four side edger and all complicated edging lines. Client can customize machine functions.

The machine is composed of discharging rails, glass support, main machine and inlet rails etc.
2.:Loading/unloading

The machine can be loaded and unloaded with a forklift. During loading and unloading, it should be transferred stably. A crane can also be used for unloading, but should be used together with a belt which should go under the main machine and tie it firmly. It should be unloaded in a balanced way to prevent overturn.
3.:Horizontal adjustment

The main machine can be adjusted horizontally by adjusting Screw 1and 2 as well as foot A (Pic.7). The frame can be adjusted horizontally by adjusting Screw 1and 2 as well as foot B. Transmission chain rails can be adjusted horizontally by adjusting Screw 3 and 4.(Pic.8)
