TERMS:
• Power supply: 380 Volt (+/- 10%) - 50 Hertz
• Manuals and operator interface language: English
• Warranty: 12 months from the acceptance after the installation, in any case not later than 18 months from shipment/invoicing date.
• Transport (Incoterms® 2010): FOB Tianjin Port, China
• Delivery: the machines will be ready to be loaded from FLOURISH China after 60 working days from the receipt of the order and of the down payment.
• Payment:
- 30% by T/T as the down payment;
- 70% by T/T before the delivery.
• Installation and training: included, to be performed by FLOURISH engineers. At our care and charge the technician's/s'

• Traveling expenses: at Buyer's charge and care, namely:
- round trip air ticket
- highway
- car rental
• Technician's / s' board and lodging: at Buyer's charge and care, namely:
- hotel (more than 3 star rate )
- meals;
- laundry;
- telephone charges needed to complete installation;
- on site traveling, i.e. from the hotel to the working site.
The Buyer shall arrange electric, water, air and materials (spacer, butyl, desiccant, silicone etc.) for test, then advise the Seller to send the engineer who does the installation. The Buyer shall supply at his own expenses and responsibility the necessary auxiliary workers and technical means and shall do all that will be necessary to guarantee that the positioning and the related operations can start immediately after the arrival of the engineer appointed by FLOURISH and continue without interruption till the completion.
The installation & training should be finished in 7-10 days, any delays caused by the Buyer, the Buyer shall afford the service fees for the extra days, the service fees is 300 U. S. Dollars per day per person.
The Buyer shall assure the presence of his operators during the whole installation and training period to supp ort FLOURISH engineers in the positioning of the machines. The operators are required to be qualified and suitable for operations on electrical cabinets and voltage machines.
Any disassembling and displacement of the existing machines will be at Buyer's care and charge.
