3. The cross girder
It's welded with light steel sheet of high rigidity. Being high strength and light, it doesn't deform. And it
greatly reduces the moving load that servo motors, racks and linear guides bear


4. The Beckhoff (Germany)drive system
An imported servo motor(Y-axis driven by two servo motors)
along with an imported sophisticated planetary gear reducer
ensures steady, precise and reliable drive.
High resolution encoder ensures positioning accuracy.

The closed drive system equipped with self-lubricating

5. The transmission system
Racks are made by adopting the most advanced grinding technology, with tooth accuracy achieving the
grade of DIN5 and GB4.
Imported precisely grinded racks just have the accumulative error of
0.012mm/any 300mm.
Servo motors installed in both X and Y-Axis greatly improve the operating
speed and efficiency.
Imported linear guides ensure the accuracy of the direction of every axis.

9. The advanced and professional CNC system
The system responds quickly, and it deals with program shortly. It enjoys high anti-jamming capability as
