Dry spray room
1. dimensions: W2000*D3340*H2300mm trough base: 50*50*3mm galvanized welding , bottom trough made of t1.5mm stainless steel plate, machine body side plate: stainless steel plate bending welding,
2 spray room filter bracket: using 50*50*2.mm welding , spray paint filter installed on the roof,
3 dry filter: using dry spray special filter, after primary filter, the filter paper and enter into the honeycomb glass filter, honeycomb filter systems: spray units equipped with spray paint mist processing system, in the source of efficient processing of paint mist, reduce wind pipe internal paint layer.
4 exhaust fan: power 5.5kw. 10000m /h 1500pa fand air volume, static pressure
5 exhaust duct: door galvanized spiral duct, elbow, fine dampers, wind pipe containing equipment
6 lighting: use 40W double branch purification lamp to meet the brightness of spray paint room;
