• Technician's / s' board and lodging: at Buyer's charge and care, namely:
- hotel (more than 3 star rate )
- meals;
- laundry;
- telephone charges needed to complete installation;
- on site traveling, i.e. from the hotel to the working site.
The Buyer shall arrange electric, water, air and materials (spacer, butyl, desiccant, silicone etc.) for test, then advise the Seller to send the engineer who does the installation. The Buyer shall supply at his own expenses and responsibility the necessary auxiliary workers and technical means and shall do all that will be necessary to guarantee that the positioning and the related operations can start immediately after the arrival of the engineer appointed by FLOURISH and continue without interruption till the completion.
The installation & training should be finished in 7-10 days, any delays caused by the Buyer, the Buyer shall afford the service fees for the extra days, the service fees is 300 U. S. Dollars per day per person.
The Buyer shall assure the presence of his operators during the whole installation and training period to supp ort FLOURISH engineers in the positioning of the machines. The operators are required to be qualified and suitable for operations on electrical cabinets and voltage machines.
Any disassembling and displacement of the existing machines will be at Buyer's care and charge.

The drying unit consists of a closed circuit, electric fans with an air filter device. An automatic system
shuts down the air flow in case of conveyor belt stop. Low-E glass is detected at entry. Front hard brushes are then automatically excluded and the rotational speed of the other brushes reduced by half. Thanks to the front and rear stainless steel doors, machine access is easy and maintenance is reduced to a minimum.
After the glass come to the reference point the frame locator bar for the front leading edge and the bottom edge are tilting into position automatically. The adjustment shall be controlled by a centrally located adjustment wheel from 0-30mm and automatically adjusted different glass thickness. Back panel of conveyor shall be located visual inspection light so that checking the dirt on the glass surface by passing through.
Plate press box can be assemble and press double or triple glazed IG units. If the first glass comes into the box, the panel suspended suction cup holds the glass and waiting second glass on which a butyled aluminum spacer has been mounted, is positioned and stabilized by means of an air cushion.
The movable section automatically brings the first panel onto the second one, pressing them uniformly, automatically adapting pressure according to the size of panels. The press is completely automated and controlled by a PLC.
All functions can be operated from a touch screen panel located at the front side of the machine. Besides its control function and diagnostics of the operation, the control panel also suggests to the user actions to be taken in case of error.

Automatic Spacer Bending Machine, highly versatile, is equipped with a head which bends not only Aluminum but also stainless steel and plastics (option). The automatic feeding system delivers up to 6 m long bars directly from storage. Butyl Extruder
NFI-2000
Butyl extruder can process frames from 6 to 19mm width. The feeding nozzles can be positioned to deliver uniform sealing. Pneumatic operation of the butyl process is controlled by a PLC that electronically regulates the temperature of the butyl heaters. A timer enables the pre-heating of Butyl ahead of the start of operation. The height adjustment is available according to the frame size. And the nozzle width shall be controlled by pneumatic and hydraulic parallel method. Conveyor speed can be adjusted with 5 conveyor speed. Possible to control the length of butyl application and monitoring current production quantity on the touch screen

Two head type TDF/B
Desiccant filler fills both sides of the spacer frame simultaneously. This operation, like the subsequent automatic closure of the holes to pour in the desiccant, is performed electronically. A continuous height adjustment for the filling head is to suit all frame size. And the volume desiccant shall be controlled by touch screen.
Drilling, filling, and closing (with sealant) of two sides of frame with automatic adjustment to suit the profile width of the spacer frames. Drilling holes in the back of the profile allows profiles of different shapes and of different materials to be processed with continuous height adjustment of the filling head according to the frame size.

Two-component Sealant extruder
TSE
The two-component sealant Extruder is capable of using bi-component poly-sulfide or silicone, allowing for the second sealing of IG units. The variable mixing ratio from 6:1 - 14:1 supports a flexible operation with any production; the refrigerating system (optional), prevents components catalyzing during idle periods. Two component sealant extruder is also equipped with free tuning unit for smooth working environment. Static precision mixers ensure optimal mixing of materials. The extended sealing bracket enables an optimized and smooth sealing performance also for larger units. The system can be flushed in just a few steps using the integrated base pump
