Glass washing machine is a key equipment in a glass processing factory. After been cut into exact sizes, glass should be washed and dried before transmitted into tempering/bending furnace and other processing machineries.

3. The basic structure and principle
The machine is composed of electric control system, driving transmission system, cleaning system. Cleaning system is composed of roller washing, wind tool and wind cooling.
3.1 Cleaning parts
3.1.1 Brush roller (Three pairs)
Brush rollers are used for cleaning of glass surface oil and dirty articles. The rollers height can be adjusted to clean different thicknesses of glasses as needed. First two pairs of rollers are usually used for cleaning of clear float glasses while the last pair of rollers is suitable for cleaning of low-e glasses/coated glasses.
3.1.2 Spray system
Brush roller is equipped with water pump and stainless steel tank. For a better washing, an operator can use fresh clean water for glass cleaning.
3.1.3 Wind tool
Wind tools are used for drying of glass surface water, so that no water /moisture will be left when glasses washed and cleaned.
3.2 Conveying system
Conveying system is composed of worm gear, frequency conversion motor, chains and control system. The conveying speed can be adjusted between 1-10m/min.
3.3 Electric control system
Electric control system is equipped with advanced Schneider components, including but not limited to overload protector, short circuit protector, so that machine operation can be smooth and steady.
