Glass Washing Machine Description
Glass washing machine is a key equipment in a glass processing factory. After been cut into exact sizes, glass should be washed and dried before transmitted into tempering/bending furnace and other processing machineries.
Horizontal glass washer features
| The machine adopts horizontal structure, and consists of in-feed, washing, drying and out-feed section and air blower case and electric control box. |
| All inside machine frame is made of aluminum alloy, washing section uses channel steel. Sheet metal components and protection covers adopt stainless steel. The rubber roller diameter is 80mm. |
| The conveying roller transmitted by gear wheels, which makes stability. The conveying speed showed by digital display and adjusted by frequency converter. |
| There are some spraying pipes both in up and down in in-feeding section. The bottom of the rubber rollers are soaked into water, to pre-wash the glass. The high pressure spraying could prevent the glass chips from dropping into the water tanks. |
| There are 3 pairs of brushes in washing section, which are transmitted by chain of 2 motors power. The first two pairs hard brushes can be risen up by cylinder; the last two pairs soft brushes is specially to wash Coated glass, Low-e glass and Solar photo-voltaic glass. |
| The bearings, in two ends of rubber roller, stand by aluminum alloy bar which is convenient to unload. |
| Washing and drying section can be lift up Max. 400mm by digital display, to be cleaned and maintained conveniently. |
