PVB lamination glass is widely used in building and car/buses. Its produced by lamination line composed of pre rolling pvb lamination machine and autoclave. we produce customized glass lamination line including glass transmission table, glass washing machine, pre pressing/rolling machine, film combination machine and autoclave.
1,Brief introduction
The whole lamination line is fully controlled by PLC systems and each device can be controlled individually. We choose famous device/electronic switches to guarantee the smooth and sound operation. All motors are controlled by converter, so that transmission of larger glass panels can be safe and stable. Non-contact sensors are equipped, so that there shall be no transmission abrasion as these sensors are accurate. Autoclave is fully controlled by PLC systems, the glass lamination and pressing process as well as the temperature settings can all be done as per programmed.
2,Procedures
Glasses will be taken and transmitted onto washing machine to be washed and then transmitted to film combination room for laminating. The glasses should be laminated evenly and straightly from first layer to the bottom layer, which will be sent to rolling machine for pre laminating and then sent to autoclave for final laminating.
3,Suck device for larger glass
This device is used for laminating larger glass panels.
4,washing/drying
Our washing machine is of high efficiency and can be used for cleaning of glasses either with lowe coating or without lowe coating with the thickness from 3-19mm. The washing and drying speed is 5-6 m/min. For easy cleaning and maintenance, the machine upper section can be lifted for 450mm so that the damaged glass slugs and water tank can be taken out as required. We can also provide additional water treatment device which is an optional procurement and thus not in this proposal.
5,Combination room
Combination room should be established by client with complex sandwich panels and steel structure, which is good for temperature and humidity control and adjustment.
6,Manual combination equipment
The glasses after cleaned can be laminated with films either manually or automatically.
7,Film application
We provide a film application device, which can hold 3 rolls of PVB or SGP. The films can be applied automatically and thus is especially good for lamination glass with various specs and colors.
8,Preheating and rolling/Pre lamination
We propose an infrared rolling machine, which is composed of two sets of big rollers. The devices include: 2 sets of motors , worm reducers, straight line gears, incline gears, encoders, thus the simultaneous speed of rolling and transmission can be guaranteed, ensuring the best lamination process.
