Glass Bending Furnace Description
PLC controlled hot bending glass furnace is widely used in a car/bus glass production factory for producing of windscreen glasses. Our bending furnaces include: Single wagon thermal bending furnace, two wagons glass bending furnace, triple wagons hot bending glass furnace, quardruple wagons thermal glass bending furnace and series glass bending furnace, meeting all your glass bending requests. All furnace functions, heating elements layouts and sizes can be customized.
1.Structure:
1.1 The equipment is composed of oven body, front and rear lifting devices, trolleys, transmission device, heating system and electric control system.
1.2 The oven is welded by using standard steels and is of two layers, the upper layer is composed of heating wagon, bending wagon and tempering wagon, the lower layer is composed of cooling wagon. The trolleys can run automatically in a full cycle by controlling the lifting and transmission device.
1.3 It is a PLC controlled system, including lifting device, transmission and trolleys. The lifting devices are mounted at both of front and rear.
1.4The transmission device is composed of motor, transmission screw and switches, so that the glasses can be transported steadily.
1.5 Trolley is made of steel pipes. Insulation is made of good wool insulation. Fixing parts are of stainless steel. One side of the oven is reserved with 5 watching windows. The bottom is equipped with two co-axis rollers among which two rollers are guiding rollers.
1.6 1 bending wagon, 1 cooling wagon and 2 transportation wagons(with cooling functions)
1.7 Insulation material on top of the oven is fixed by stainless bracket, so as to ensure the temperature in the operation area is not too high.
1.8 The operation is controlled by PLC panel. Temperature control at the preheating area is normal digital gauge control. Temperature setting and heating pipe ON/OFF control are at the rear of the upper layer. Operator should stand at the window to watch the heating and forming status, so as to be familiar with technical data settings and adjustment.
