NFI-20MDE double edging line is composed of two double edging machines and one transmission table. Each edging machine is composed of 10 motors at each side, both sides are totally 20 motors. NFI-20MDE double edging machine is a kind of economic, efficient and practical glass deep processing equipment for grinding of different sizes and thickness of plate glass, in a process can be completed flat glass on both sides of the bottom and on each side under the edges and corners of the rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing, and is suitable for large batch and large-scale production. The equipment adopts the advanced PLC control system and machining parameters can be set from the man-machine interface, simple and convenient operation, high degree of automation; pneumatic polishing grinding head with automatic compensation to ensure grinding surface finish; the delivery of glass using annular synchronous belt pneumatic positioning device to ensure a smooth transfer of glass, accurate positioning; glass grinding width adjustment mechanism is composed of a linear guide, ball screw, variable frequency speed regulation, the encoder feedback component, to ensure stable and reliable equipment performance, small error, machining accuracy.
