The drying unit consists of a closed circuit, electric    fanwith an aifilter device. An automatic system
shuts dowthe aiflow in case of conveyor belstop. Low-glasis detected at entry. Front hard brushes arthen automatically excluded and the rotational speed of the other brushes reduced by halfThanks tthe front and reastainless steel doorsmachine accesis easy and maintenance ireduced to a minimum.
After  the  glass  come  to  the  reference  point  thframe  locator  bar  for  the  front  leading  edge  and the bottom  edge  ar tilting  into  position  automatically. The adjustment  shall  be controlled  by  a  centralllocated  adjustment  wheel  from 0-30mm  and  automatically adjusted  different  glas thickness.  Back panel of conveyor shall be located visual inspection light so that checking the dirt on the glassurface by passing through.
Plate press box can be assemble and press double or triple glazed IG units. If the firsglass comes intthe box, the panesuspended suction cup holds thglass and waiting second glass on which a butyled aluminum spacer has beemounted, is positioned and stabilized by means of an air cushion.
The movable section automatically brings the first panel ontthe second one, pressinthem uniformly, automatically adapting pressure according tthe size of panelsThe presis completely automated and controlled by a PLC.
 
 
Alfunctions can be operatefrom a toucscreen panelocated at the front side of thmachine. Besides its control function and diagnostics of the operation, the control panel alssuggests tthe user actions to be taken in case of error.
